My baby is 22....wow....

Amy is my baby and she was 22 last Saturday. Wow!! Where has time gone?!?
It seems like just yesterday she was a little baby like Lucy being passed around. Here she is with Grandma Suppenbach in front of the traditional birthday banner.
My sweet girls....Amy, Heather and Haylee.
And little Lucy was also a star that night. It was the first time a lot of the family had seen her, so everyone got in line and poor Lucy was passed around all night. She was quite a trooper, and didn't fuss much at all.
Grandma Suppenbach was sooo excited to get her hands on her.
Aunt LeeLee was next.
And my brother Dwayne who lives in Minnesota was down visiting and he was able to hold her too.
Grandma Thompson got her turn.
Rick looks good with a baby girl in his hands doesn't he??
Ali looks so happy to finally get her hands on little Lulu.
Little Zach was NOT happy that his mommy was holding another baby. He just didn't get the whole fascination with this new little Thompson.
Erick sure enjoyed his new cousin. I love the little smurk on his face, with his nose with a rug burn.
Haylee was so happy to finally hold a girl baby. My two granddaughters.
Little Lulu got a little fussy by the time Hayden got his hands on her....she settled down pretty quickly though.
We had to get a picture of all 5 together. This isn't the best picture taken that night, but I love these kiddos.
I'm really looking forward to more fun family functions, and watching these guys grow up and have fun together.

Our little Fashionista....

Isn't she just precious??? Her mommy dresses her in the cutest little outfits....and hairbows. This is me holding her for the first time in the hospital...do I look happy or what???
Now this picture just makes me smile....Daddy changing the diapers.
Good job Jeff....
Another adorable hairbow....I just want to kiss those cheeks.
Cuddly and loved.
It's Amy's birthday today and everyone is coming over tomorrow to celebrate and play pass the baby. I can't wait to have all my little grandbabies in one room together. Now that will make for one happy grandma....Oh..and you can be sure there will be tons of pictures to share.

More Lucy pictures

Aren't they just such a cute little family?
I sure think so. I just love that little tongue. Even though she looks cranky in this picture, she is such a good baby. The only time she gets fussy is when she's ready to eat...and isn't that how we all are??
This is one of my favorite shots. She's just so perfect!!!

I had to get a shot of her hands. They are so tiny. She seems to always have them clasped together.
She smells like new baby too, and I just love that smell.
Congratulations Jeff and Nicole, she's just perfect!!!

We FINALLY have a new baby girl....

Introducing to the world....Lucille Amelia Thompson. She joined our family today at 4:32p.m. Her mommy did a great job. She weighed in at 7lbs. 12ozs. and was 20" long.
We are so proud of our new little addition. You can definetley expect to be seeing many pictures of her on my blog.
Look how proud her daddy is? It is so wonderful to see my son so proud of his own daughter. She already has his heart wrapped around her little finger.... We didn't get a chance to hold and love and cuddle her yet, but there will be much more time for that. But we did get to watch her get her first bath in the nursery. She was not pleased to be bathed.
The nurse was nice enough to hold her up for us so we could get a good view.
It just warms my heart to see how happy my son is.
I think he kinda likes her.
Keep peeking for more pictures of this new little princess to come.
Welcome to the family Lucy.
We couldn't be happier to have you here.

Playing in the backyard & makin wishes....

Saturday afternoon we were blessed with the visit of Rick and the little ones. Ali & Haylee were at a birthday party here by us, so the boys hung out with us while they were at the party. I'm so glad they came by because we sure had a fun time.
Look at how big these boys are getting. I can't believe how fast kids grow up. It's crazy, and unfair that time is going by so quickly. We headed out to the backyard for some sunshine since it was a nice day. In my lovely backyard we have all kinds of plants...aka...weeds...in the yard. Erick discovered a dandelion and said, "Look Grandma, I have a flower for you." I told him to make a wish with it and then blow on it really hard so his wish would come true.
The picture below is of him thinking of his wish....notice little Zach in the background...so stinking cute.
And this is Erick making his wish. He just cracks me up!! He looks like he's praying.
Then he blows really hard so his wish will come true. He then gives me a great big hug and said, "Grandma, I wished for a really fast car." I then asked him if the car was for him or daddy to drive. He replied with "both of us". I think he has a while to worry about that fast car since he won't be driving himself for a few years.
Then we just had fun with some wiffle balls and throwing them for Dallas.

How cute is this little guy?

We sure had a good time. I love these kiddos.
