Has anyone seen this before? 
I saw this on my friend Cory's blog. I thought it was a cute idea and would play along. Hopefully I won on her blog, shes an amazing person and I know the item I would win would be wonderful.

O.K. Andrea, I'm game. And I put it on my blog. But with no picture - only instructions. (My computer skills are quite limited.)
I just haven't visited in so long...! Sorry!!! Plus, I'm not sure I can handle the commitment! LOL!
