How adorable is this picture? This is the newest Kwerner design challenge. I had to jump in and try it again. It's fun to have certain colors that you are challenged to use and come up with something fun and creative. This is what I came up with. Hope you like it. 
I totally case'd this from someone...if you are out there and you know who you are....please feel free to claim your layout...it was so long ago, I don't remember where I got it.....sorry. 
I took this pic so you can see that I used stampin up dimensionals to give it a lift.
